EFL Learners’ Perceptions on ZOOM Application in the Online Classes

Pandemic Covid-19 brings impactful aspects for several sectors, especially in the education sector. The teaching and learning process has shifted to online learning. It quite challenges teachers as well students fully support success of classes.Teachers are required be more creative delivering materials that will given their students. Meanwhile, encouraged autonomous learners. This paper aims investigate students’ perceptions toward implementation ZOOM application explore how this gives a new shape educational industry. qualitative approach was chosen study. data were obtained from questionnaires interviews. Based on findings, there some about result showed most thought e-learning should improved continuously. Surprisingly, it gave significant changes process, during covid-19
 itself.
